- On 16th of January 1996, led by many ideas, dreams and beliefs in the future, a young family establishes Antares Ltd. - a company, specialized in manufacturing paint rollers.
- Two injection molding machines - piston type, three molds for plastic parts and materials for the production of the first rollers of Antares Ltd. are bought.

- Distribution agreements are concluded in four of Bulgaria's bigger cities.
- Another injection molding machine-piston type is bought.

1998 |
- Distribution network is established throughout Bulgaria, with local distributors in all settlements with over 25,000 inhabitants.

1999 |
- The logo and trademark of Antares Ltd. are registered with the Bulgarian patent office.

|
2000 |
- The company's nomenclature expands - Antares Ltd. starts selling and distributing paintbrushes on the territory of Bulgaria.

2001 |
- The first thermal bonding machine, using thermofusion technology in Eastern Europe is bought by Antares Ltd.
- Antares Ltd. is awarded a gold medal at the International Fair in Plovdiv for the whole range of manufactured products.

2002 |
- A complete replacement of the tooling equipment is done and a completely new design and functionality of the rollers, produced by the company is created. The production range is expanded with accessories and painting tools.
- ISO 9001 quality management system is successfully implemented and certified.
- The first export contract for production under private label is concluded.

2003 |
- Antares Ltd. produces the world's largest working roller and applies for the Guinness Records. The roller`s dimensions are 2,878mm. in height, 1990mm. in width and roll diameter of 830mm. It can take 137 kilos of paint and cover area of 5,186 m2 with one turn.

2004 |
- High-performance extrusion line for the production of polypropylene, polyethylene and polystyrol pipes is purchased.

2005 |
- The manufacturing and administrative facility, which until that moment has been rented only, is now purchased by the company.
- A second thermal bonding machine using thermofusion technology is bought.

2006 |
- Investment in a new terrain is made for the construction of a modern facility for plastic part production.
|
|
2008 |
- All old plastic production machines are scrapped and new, computerized high-performance machines are purchased.
- Antares`s first specialized high performance computerized machine with PLC and CNC control for bending of wireframes and assembling of handles is bought.

2010 |
- "Antares" and "Eridan" are registered as trademarks of the European Community.

|
2013 |
- A line for the production of rollers with diameter ø17 is purchased.
|
|
2015 |
- A second extrusion line for the production of polypropylene, polyethylene and polystyrol pipes is put into operation.
- The range of manufactured brushes and painting tools expands.

2016 |
- An expansion of the production areas of Antares is necessary again. A terrain is pruchased and a new manufacturing facility is built.

2018 |
- The company puts into operation the most modern, fully automated and robotized brush production line in Europe.
