Antares leads the way in innovation with fully automated paintbrush manufacturing

Antares Ltd., a manufacturer of paint brushes, paint rollers and accessories, has made a major investment in its production by installing a fully robotized and automated paintbrush production line.

The line uses machine vision and advanced robotics to handle every stage of paintbrush production, from raw material handling and assembly to final packaging, with minimal manual work. This makes production faster, more efficient and more consistent.

The investment allows Antares to meet growing demand for its paint brushes while keeping quality stable from batch to batch. It is also an important step in the company’s ongoing work to modernize and automate its operations.

For customers, this means reliable quality, shorter lead times and the capacity to take on larger orders, both under the Antares brand and under private label.

The new line is a major milestone for Antares and reflects the company’s commitment to continuously improving its production.
