Antares Replaces Its Molding Equipment with 10 New Haitian Injection Molding Machines

As part of our ongoing work to renew and automate every stage of our production, we have taken the next step: we have fully replaced our previous-generation molding equipment with 10 new Haitian MA2000 III injection molding machines, ready for Industry 4.0 integration.

The new machines use servo motors, which give us precise control over the injection process. This means more consistent dimensions and quality for the plastic components we make in-house, such as roller handles, end caps and other parts.

They are also easy to operate and maintain. The control panel is simple to use, and the durable servo-hydraulic system needs fewer repairs, which reduces downtime.

For our customers, this means stable quality, faster production and reliable delivery times, whether the order is under the Antares brand or under their own private label.
