Paint rollers

Antares manufactures paint rollers in Ruse, Bulgaria, in a closed production cycle: cores, caps and handles are made in-house, and only raw materials are bought in. The range is grouped by use – walls and ceilings, facades and rough surfaces, enamels and varnishes, epoxy and floor coatings, flock and foam rollers for small areas, mini rollers, and rollers for fillers and plaster. Refills use the European push-on, pull-off system. All rollers are available under the Antares brand or as private label with the customer's own label.

Paint brushes

Antares manufactures classic flat paint brushes on a fully automated, robotised production line. The range includes white bristle paint brushes, synthetic brushes and household brushes, for a wide range of paints, varnishes and primers. There are lines for professional painters and for DIY use, from narrow brushes for corners and touch-ups to wide brushes for larger areas. Brushes are available under the Antares brand or as private label, with the customer's logo on the handle and their own label.

Accessories

Accessories complete the Antares painting range. Paint trays are injection-moulded in-house in standard red; for private label, the customer's label is applied to the tray. Extension poles in 200 cm and 300 cm make it easier to reach ceilings and high walls. Antares roller handles fit both standard threaded poles and poles with a conical attachment.

Special Rollers

Special rollers from Antares are made for jobs that a standard paint roller does not do well: applying fillers, putty and plaster on walls and ceilings, covering drywall joints and jointing tapes, and working self-levelling floor compounds. Like all Antares rollers, they are produced in-house and can be supplied under the Antares brand or as private label.

Flock rollers

Flock rollers give a very smooth, even finish on doors, frames, furniture, radiators and other small or hard-to-reach areas. They work best with high-gloss paints and varnishes, one- and two-component (1K/2K) polyurethane systems and epoxy paints, and help avoid bubbles and unevenness. The high-density polyurethane foam body is electrostatically coated with fine polyamide flock fibers, applied electrostatically on a fully automated flocking line in Ruse, Bulgaria. Flock rollers are available under the Antares brand or as private label.
